Screen Printing

We have an automatic Screen Presser. We can print up to 12 colors on apparel. We do require a set amount of pieces for screen printing. Our minimum is 24 pieces to print. The more apparel your screen print the more you save. We can do full front and back as well as left chest. With our large selection of apparel you can’t go wrong screen printing.

Digital/Heatseal Print

We have a ROLAND printer! This means we can print a Full Color graphic on a single piece. This process is used as a heat transfer. We print and press at 400∫. This process allows us to offer full color for single pieces and still pass on the savings to you. The material is much lighter than tackle twill.

Tackle Twill / Embroidery

Tackle twill is extremely popular with teams and sports fans alike. Applied to sports apparel and jerseys, this process is to adhere additional material you provide or we can select tackle for you. We can simply heat press it or we can embroider the tackle twill on. We can custom make your team jersey from your logo or we can design it and embroider itas well.
